Bordeaux Unveiled: Wine Tasting and the Haussmannian Charm

The historical center of Bordeaux, referred to as the "Port of the Moon" is a UNESCO World Heritage website that showcases an eclectic mix of architectural styles including medieval, classical and neoclassical styles. This captivating location boasts large boulevards lined with wonderfully maintained structures surrounded by wonderful squares - making it perfect for checking out!

Close to the primary shopping street, Rue Sainte Catherine is Homie's. The best brunch we've had so far on our travels. Great coffee and tough to select from the great food options on the menu. We all went with different alternatives (Shakahouka, Eggs Benedict, Eggs Royal and exceptional hash browns) and could not fault any of them. I also purchased a detox smoothie which was tasty. Our host Paul was excellent, he spoke fluent English and helped direct us through the menu.

Bordeaux gives visitors a distinct opportunity to enjoy white wine tastings and vineyard expedition while appreciating the citie's spectacular architecture. This mix of experiences makes it a perfect destination for both red wine enthusiasts and architectural enthusiasts alike. Come check out Bordeaux today!
